Industrial Engineer - (Associate - Standard - Senior)

Location: Hybrid roles based in Porto, Portugal; Madrid or Ribarroja (Valencia), Spain; Stansted, United Kingdom; Dublin, Ireland; or Krakow, Poland.

What you will do

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve productivity, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Translate business needs into effective process and system solutions.
• Develop future-state process designs and support system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs.
• Proven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Experience in regulated environments where process compliance, governance, and risk management are critical.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, Visio, Power BI, and Copilot.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
• Experience using Oracle Database and SQL query tools.
