Salary: $16.85–$42.13 per hour, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.
• Calculate component dimensions and fabricate metal structures and equipment.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic MIG, TIG, and arc welding equipment.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects and specification compliance.
• Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S improvement activities.

Requirements

• Experience with metal fabrication and welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ability to use welding, cutting, shaping, and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Placement in Local Union 520 at Fabricator Level 1–5 depends on experience and weld-test results.
