Production Supervisor (Welding)

Location: Bangalore, India; onsite production role

What you will do

• Manage welding production processes using GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and SAW.
• Plan in-process inspections and coordinate quality-related activities.
• Maintain welding inspection documentation and reference standards, including WPS, PQR, WPQ, and WQTC.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, third-party inspectors, consultants, and vendors.
• Research and process new development jobs involving robotic welding.
• Apply 5S, Six Sigma, 7QC, and 8D analysis practices.

Requirements

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience.
• IWE certificate and experience controlling welding processes.
• Ability to handle complete department certifications.
• Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods and welding inspection standards.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
