QC Engineer

What you will do

• Analyze analytical data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and maintain data integrity.
• Lead Measurement System Analysis to fulfill customer requirements.
• Coordinate site matching activities in Taoyuan and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support the transfer and implementation of testing methods and standard testing procedures.
• Troubleshoot measurement equipment and coordinate maintenance, calibration, repairs, qualification, and performance monitoring.
• Participate in analytical improvement and process optimization initiatives using statistical tools and problem-solving methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a chemical analytical laboratory.
• Hands-on experience with analytical testing and laboratory operations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
