Field Service Engineer (ICPMS)

Location: Taiwan; remote option with on-site customer activities and 75% travel required

What you will do

• Install and optimize ICPMS, ICPOES, AA, and UV hardware, software, networking products, and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues and perform maintenance and repair services.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to protect product performance and prevent business interruptions.
• Deliver integrated solutions involving peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.
• Manage product escalations and collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
• Provide technical training, maintenance seminars, workshops, and on-site equipment calibration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• Typically 1–2+ years of relevant experience.
• Postgraduate education, certification, and/or a license may be required.
• Consent to customer and vendor credentialing requirements is required for access to customer sites.
• Credentials may include identification, work certifications, and customer health and safety requirements.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
