Deal Desk Manager

What you will do

• Own commercial approvals for deals under $100K and manage the tiered approval matrix.
• Drive contract paperwork, track redlines, and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Manage SLED procurement mechanics, including vendor registrations and bid responses.
• Oversee the handoff from closed-won deals to billing and PO reconciliation.
• Scale deal desk responsibilities to cover enterprise deals and vendor onboarding.
• Own the security review process end-to-end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales operations, or order management at a B2B company.
• Direct experience owning quote construction and discount approvals.
• Working fluency with CRM and CPQ systems, specifically HubSpot.
• Experience with the order-to-cash cycle is preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bangalore.
