Salary: $44,400–$79,680 annually for the Colorado location; eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Operate distributed computer systems in a multi-vendor environment.
• Supervise and control complex networks and applications.
• Perform batch operations according to service agreements.
• Analyze first-level system issues and resolve or route incidents as appropriate.
• Develop support system management processes aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer success.

Requirements

• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
• Proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
