Senior Associate, Workday Adaptive Developer (Workday Adaptive Planning): Designing and maintaining scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions for a global Finance organization with an accent on Adaptive model configuration, reporting, integrations, and enterprise-scale support. Focus on translating Finance requirements into technical solutions, automating data flows, and improving financial analytics across global teams.
Location: Hyderabad, India; core hours must overlap with the London business day.

What you will do
- Design, configure, and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, and calculations.
- Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and OfficeConnect templates for actionable financial insights.
- Support integrations between Adaptive Planning and enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and automation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for global Adaptive Planning users.
- Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions.
- Document configurations and best practices, and contribute to automation and AI-driven analytics improvements.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as a technology professional.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of Workday Financials, the Foundation Data Model, and Adaptive Planning dimensional models.
- Experience with Adaptive Reporting, OfficeConnect, Workday EIBs, AWS, or Azure Data Factory.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and work core hours aligned with the London business day.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale Adaptive environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Exposure to automation or AI-driven analytics in financial systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
