Workday Technology Analyst

What you will do

• Support and maintain Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and SABA/Cornerstone, resolving issues and improving system operations.
• Lead Workday HCM design, configuration, testing, release planning, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT teams to design, document, and improve workflows, procedures, and HR technology processes.
• Evaluate standard functionality against business requirements and deliver enhancements, integrations, and new technology capabilities.
• Manage regression, unit, user acceptance, and pre-launch testing, including test cases and persona-based testing.
• Lead assigned HR system initiatives from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, cutover, and sign-off.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Workday HCM functional expert.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Strong consultative, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cutover plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and other business tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-demand environment with ambiguous situations or directives.
