Product Manager (Credit)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with three days per week in-office (Tuesday and Thursday plus one additional day of choice), with the option to request extra remote time.

Salary: €50,000–€70,000 gross per annum.

What you will do

• Own the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain.
• Define and execute the strategy for Buy Now, Pay Later products, taking features from 0 to 1 and scaling them through growth phases.
• Design intuitive, transparent consumer-facing credit experiences integrated into the hirify.global platform.
• Align Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Fincrime/Fraud, Engineering, UX, and BI around a shared product vision.
• Write user stories and product requirements connecting frontend experiences with backend credit scoring and collection logic.
• Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and identify market opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Manager experience specifically in the Credit domain.
• Experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases.
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and financial mechanics.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Professional fluency in English.
