Senior Product Manager - Credit (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with three days per week in-office on Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional day of choice. Extra remote time may be requested.

Salary: €68,000–€87,000 gross per annum

What you will do

• Own the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain.
• Drive the strategy, launch, and scaling of BNPL products from 0 to 1 and through growth phases.
• Shape intuitive, transparent consumer-facing credit experiences.
• Align Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Fincrime/Fraud, Engineering, UX, and BI around the product vision.
• Define user stories and requirements connecting frontend experiences with backend credit scoring and collection logic.
• Analyze usage and performance metrics, identify market opportunities, and improve delivery workflows through documentation and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience, including at least 3 years in the Credit domain.
• Experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases.
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and financial mechanics.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Professional fluency in English.
