Director, Solution Consulting, ANZ (AI)

Location: Sydney, Australia (flexible hybrid). Candidates must be legally permitted to work in Australia.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, recruit, and retain a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants.
• Partner with Sales and regional leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies across ANZ.
• Guide consultative engagements, solution design, technical storytelling, and value-based customer outcomes throughout the sales cycle.
• Build the team’s technical, commercial, and AI capabilities across emerging technologies and relevant use cases.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, Product Management, Engineering, and the wider technology ecosystem.
• Monitor performance metrics, improve processes and tools, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams and lead through change in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Deep understanding of AI, CCaaS, customer and employee experience, and digital domains.
• Demonstrated success scaling SaaS, CX, AI, or enterprise software businesses in the region.
• Legal permission to work in Australia is required.
