TL;DR
Intern - HR Operations (HRIS, Compliance, Benefits, Compensation): Supporting HR operations across compliance, benefits administration, Workday processes, data analysis, and compensation programs with an accent on cross-functional exposure and accurate employee data management. Focus on assisting with policy research, open enrollment preparation, business process mapping, system testing, compensation audits, and process documentation.

Location: Bridgeton, Missouri, United States; onsite. Ability to relocate if not local.

What you will do

  • Support HR compliance research, policy reviews, procedure documentation, and regulatory analysis.
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment preparation, leave administration, employee communications, and benefits-related research.
  • Work with HRIS analysts and Workday specialists on data reviews, business process mapping, system testing, reporting, and documentation.
  • Support compensation data analysis, audits, market pricing, salary structure work, and process improvement documentation.
  • Participate in cross-functional networking, facility and laboratory tours, community outreach, career development events, and the Ideation & Innovation Challenge.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a school program pursuing at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn.
