Assistant Project Manager – Enablement Team Intern (Construction)

Location: Parsippany, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the office

Salary: $36 per hour in New Jersey

What you will do

• Support high-tech, rapid-turnaround commercial construction projects and aggressive site-opening timelines.
• Assist with process documentation, architectural plan reviews, and construction SOP refinement.
• Track project tasks and milestones, audit schedules, and maintain progress reports.
• Participate in site construction meetings and cross-functional Project Manager syncs.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Draft and update operational manuals for General Contractors and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Construction Management or a related specialized program.
• Relevant internship or construction industry exposure is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google platforms, including Google Sheets and Gemini App Scripts.
• Experience with construction schedule management platforms and Monday.com.
• Must be able to work in the Parsippany, New Jersey office three days per week.
