What you will do

• Lead multiple low- and medium-complexity projects from initiation through closing under PMO supervision.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, business owners, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, progress, risks, issues, scope, and change control to support on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for sponsors, executives, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance and methodologies while supporting continuous improvement and using AI tools for project management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience managing projects, product delivery, or workstream delivery beyond degree requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and JIRA.
• Experience in an ISO/RTO, ISO/RTO stakeholder, or electric utility environment is preferred.
• CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification is preferred; PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications are optional.
