Project Management Internship - Summer 2027

Location: Charlotte, NC; potential 2027 opportunities across North Carolina and Florida. Hybrid, field, and onsite work environments are available. Reliable transportation is required, and some opportunities require a valid driver’s license.

What you will do

• Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, action items, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, environmental compliance records, and progress reports.
• Support stakeholder communications and coordinate project meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams on transmission infrastructure, system upgrades, reliability improvements, environmental remediation, and construction projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Must not graduate before August 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Must be able to work lawfully in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reliable, consistent transportation is required.
• Many opportunities require a 40-hour work week.
