Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic, cross-functional projects for Clinical Sciences.
• Develop project planning scenarios, track action items, and organize project materials and communications.
• Identify, monitor, and analyze project risks, mitigation plans, roadblocks, and status metrics.
• Lead project team meetings, apply governance processes, escalate issues, and support resolution and decision-making.
• Collaborate with management, subject matter experts, project sponsors, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare project deliverables, status reports, and dashboards, and own selected deliverables as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience, including 3+ years supporting projects and programs from strategy through implementation.
• Experience across business topics such as capability development, operating model transformation, change management, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of project management best practices, risk analysis and mitigation planning, change management support, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with global and regional teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
