Project Manager (Biosimilars)

Location: Lake Zurich, Illinois, United States

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus plan targeting 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Manage strategic development projects, including direct shipping contracts, financial benefits, and KPI reporting.
• Design and manage KPI and analytical reporting projects using Qlik, Power BI, and related applications.
• Coordinate complex biosimilar projects across medical and pharmacy benefit channels and multiple therapeutic areas, including immunology and oncology.
• Drive the development of an innovative 340B contract pharmacy strategy, including Model N transaction updates and regulatory documentation.
• Define project scope, responsibilities, milestones, resource allocation, capacity planning, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor project status, risks, issues, KPIs, and lessons learned while communicating with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3 or more years managing a portfolio of pharmaceutical industry projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, influencing, execution, and change-management skills in a matrixed global environment.
• Excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SAP, Qlik, and TM1.
• Ability to travel internationally. Effective spoken and written English is required for workplace communication and regulated documentation.
