Director, Solution Consulting, Asia (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Consultants.
• Partner with Sales and regional leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies across Asia and APAC.
• Guide consultative customer engagements, solution design, technical sales, and value-based storytelling throughout the sales cycle.
• Support tailored, data-driven solutions that address customer business challenges and priorities.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and the technology ecosystem through engagements, events, and conferences.
• Improve processes, tools, performance metrics, and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of AI, CCaaS, customer and employee experience, and digital domains.
• Strong communication, data-driven storytelling, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
