What you will do
- Handle incoming and outgoing air freight, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, releasing, and stock taking.
- Coordinate warehouse deliveries with truckers and follow driver validation procedures.
- Update shipment event codes and audit picking activities using warehouse checklists.
- Verify destination labels, cargo manifests, paperwork, and trailer seals to prevent misroutes.
- Maintain safe, organized storage areas, inventory records, warehouse facilities, and forklift readiness.
- Report overage, shortage, and damage shipments with supporting information and photos.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of related experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and spoken English.
