What you will do
- Own the service relationship for assigned strategic, multi-country customers and build trusted senior stakeholder partnerships.
- Lead operational reviews, tactical meetings, quarterly business reviews, and steering committees.
- Monitor customer service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, aligning expectations, contracts, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage escalations, risks, and service improvement initiatives across countries and delivery teams.
- Oversee account revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgets, and contractual scope.
- Identify service optimization, innovation, and business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR, Payroll, HCM, BPO, or Managed Services environments.
- 5+ years in client-facing roles with complex enterprise and multi-country customer relationships.
- Background in Service Delivery Management, Customer Success, Account Governance, or Outsourcing Services.
- Experience leading executive governance forums and steering committees.
- Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, contractual governance, and service management frameworks, plus financial performance and forecasting.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
