Supply Chain Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes across European manufacturing sites and markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costs.
• Support and lead strategic improvement and continuous transformation projects.
• Evaluate digital tools, data analytics, emerging technologies, and planning systems for supply chain improvement.
• Drive change management initiatives and collaborate with manufacturing sites and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build expertise in Oracle ERP and maintain reliable, high-quality supply chain data.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to solve problems, convert data into actionable insights, and adapt to change.
• Clear communication, effective stakeholder collaboration, initiative, and ownership.
• Fluent English is required.
