AGGP2027 – Graduate - Raw Material Aluminum Procurement (Aerospace)

Location: Bremen Area, Germany; rotational placements and collaboration across hirify.global sites in Filton, UK, and Blagnac, France.

What you will do

• Contribute to cost-improvement programmes by identifying opportunities, creating roadmaps, coordinating activities, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Support the end-to-end procurement of aluminum raw materials by analyzing market trends, assessing supplier capabilities, and optimizing portfolio allocations.
• Use SAP, artificial intelligence, and hirify.global data platforms to align supply-chain demand with legal contract terms.
• Lead cross-functional calls for tenders and support contract management for the hirify.global Group.
• Implement risk-mitigation strategies addressing financial volatility and supplier concentration.
• Complete at least one rotational placement in areas such as Supply Chain Quality, Metallic Raw Material, or Material and Process Engineering.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in industrial engineering or business administration.
• Recent graduate or holder of initial professional experience in supply management, procurement, or industrial engineering.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to future innovation.
• Self-awareness and ownership of professional development.
• Eligibility for security and export-control clearance is required.
