Sales Assistant (E-Commerce)

What you will do

• Support daily e-commerce sales operations across Amazon and Shopify.
• Maintain pricing, PSI price lists, promotions, coupons, and promotional calendars.
• Update Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ Content, gallery images, and other product information.
• Set up new SKUs, monitor listing issues, and coordinate with Amazon support to resolve cases and Andon-related follow-up actions.
• Upload and consolidate inventory reports for CRM tracking and internal review.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, customer support, and store management teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
