Remote Partner Service Delivery Manager (rPSDM)

Location: Remote, Heredia, Costa Rica; flexibility may be required to support different time zones.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of partners as the primary contact for service delivery matters.
• Run virtual business reviews, operational checkpoints, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor SLA compliance, customer and partner satisfaction, resolution time, first-time fix, and other operational metrics.
• Resolve service delivery issues and escalations while driving continuous improvement.
• Enable partners on hirify.global service programs, tools, platforms, telemetry-based solutions, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, channel, supply chain, and technical teams to improve partner and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in service delivery, operations management, or partner/account management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a channel or partner ecosystem.
• Knowledge of hirify.global service offerings, tools, or delivery models.
• Experience with service performance metrics and KPI management.
• Spanish or Portuguese language capabilities for regional support.
