TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET): Building and operating backend services, APIs, microservices, and marketplace infrastructure for live event ticketing with an accent on architecture, data migrations, production reliability, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on leading technical delivery, solving complex .NET service challenges, mentoring engineers, and improving observability and incident response.

What you will do
- Lead technical delivery of initiatives from planning through launch in partnership with product and technical leadership.
- Design, develop, and rewrite complex C# and .NET services, including difficult data migrations.
- Shape service architecture, document designs, and explain technical tradeoffs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pairing, code reviews, and AI tooling guidance.
- Build internal AI tooling, prompt patterns, and agentic workflows for engineering teams.
- Support production systems through code reviews, on-call incident response, and postmortems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production software.
- Strong depth in C# and .NET, including backend systems, API design, or distributed services.
- Ability to make architectural decisions in .NET services and clearly document tradeoffs.
- Experience mentoring engineers and helping teammates develop.
- Fluent use of AI tooling across design, coding, testing, debugging, review, and documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka, Entity Framework Core at scale, and Azure or AWS.
- Experience with marketplace, ticketing, e-commerce, or two-sided platform environments.
- Familiarity with Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, Airbrake, Sentry, OpsGenie, or comparable production tools.
