Digital Verification Engineer (MCU)

What you will do

• Develop verification environments and test benches using SystemVerilog, UVM, and industry-standard methodologies.
• Create verification plans from design specifications, covering key functionality and corner cases.
• Develop, execute, and debug test cases to validate digital MCU designs.
• Analyze simulation results and collaborate with design engineers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain assertions, functional coverage models, verification scripts, and other verification collateral.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, and software teams while improving verification flows and documenting results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital IC design verification.
• Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Experience with Questa, VCS, or Xcelium simulation tools.
• Understanding of digital design principles, functional coverage-driven verification, and assertion-based verification.
• Experience with Python, Perl, or Tcl scripting, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.
