Lead People & Organizational Development Manager

Location: Mobile working with flexible remote work and in-person attendance at the Hürth / Cologne office around once a week.

What you will do

• Design and lead leadership development programs for managers and executives across Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Lithuania.
• Build competency models and career paths that connect leadership capabilities to business impact.
• Drive organizational development and change initiatives in partnership with leadership.
• Own talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development for leadership levels.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, coaching formats, and needs analyses.
• Select and manage external trainers, coaches, and learning providers, including quality and delivery oversight.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in work and organizational psychology, business psychology, adult education, organizational development, human resource management, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or organizational development, including 2 years owning leadership programs end to end.
• Experience supporting or leading change processes and understanding organizational dynamics, ideally in a growing technology or SaaS company.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, advisory, communication, and learning-content development skills.
• Experience using AI tools as part of professional work.
• Business-fluent English is required; German is an advantage.

• Experience in a growing matrix organization, preferably with M&A integration experience.
• Experience building competency models and career frameworks.
• Experience with L&D software and goal-oriented content creation.
