What you will do

• Own and improve performance management, coaching, and mentoring frameworks.
• Partner with leadership, global teams, and HR colleagues to align priorities and embed a culture of growth and accountability.
• Design and deliver leadership development and manager training programs.
• Build senior leadership capability through scalable learning solutions.
• Introduce modern learning technologies and AI tools into Learning and Development initiatives.
• Use data and insights to measure impact and improve engagement, satisfaction, retention, and development outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence and drive people initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development and performance management programs.
• Experience linking learning and talent initiatives to organizational strategy, development, and retention goals.
• Hands-on experience with learning technologies and interest in applying AI tools in Learning and Development.
• Comfort using data and insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
