Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)

What you will do

• Partner with engineering and technical product leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, team scaling, and people strategy.
• Use people data and engineering-specific metrics to identify trends and recommend workforce interventions.
• Support talent acquisition, organizational change, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, accommodations, coaching, terminations, and policy guidance.
• Advise leaders and employees on workplace matters, employee experience, organizational culture, and continuous improvement.
• Lead or mentor other HR business partners and facilitate advanced employee training sessions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in employee relations, employee engagement, or a similar HR business partner role.
• Experience partnering with engineering directors, vice presidents, and managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and team scaling.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret people data and turn findings into formal recommendations.
• Strong communication, coaching, active listening, problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, policies, and compliance practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially and work independently in an ambiguous environment.
