VP of Engineering

What you will do

• Take full technical and delivery ownership of a core business domain spanning areas such as AI, trading, retail, or the wider platform.
• Architect and build production systems, including generation and demand modelling, high-volume consumption pipelines, and customer-facing applications.
• Build and lead the engineering team through hiring, team structure, and engineering standards.
• Set technical direction with the CTO and broader leadership team.
• Work hands-on with the team to solve the most complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Demonstrable excellence as an individual contributor.
• Proven experience building complex production systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
• Ability to operate with broad ownership, limited structure, and sound judgment about what to build.
• Clear communication with engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders.
