What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize AI-powered and agentic workflows for business processes.
- Evaluate AI agent performance and identify reasoning, workflow, and tool-use gaps.
- Develop practical use cases, test cases, and operational playbooks.
- Document workflows, outcomes, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
- Provide feedback to improve AI systems and business workflows.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales, growth, product management, project management, finance, or a related business function.
- Hands-on experience using AI agents in professional workflows.
- Experience building and operating multi-tool AI workflows.
- Familiarity with Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, APIs, MCP connectors, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Ability to connect data sources, configure permissions, and integrate AI agents with business systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
