AI Automation Specialist (n8n)

Location: Remote; full work from home

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex n8n workflows that replace repetitive marketing tasks with reliable automation.
• Create AI agents for marketing reporting, insight generation, content creation, and experimentation.
• Develop prompt logic, chaining, and decision flows, then improve agents based on feedback and performance.
• Automate the aggregation, analysis, and summarization of marketing data across users, trials, subscriptions, revenue, and funnel performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and deliver automation solutions for Growth, Performance, SEO, and Content teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders and Product, Data, and Engineering teams to iterate on workflows and agents.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building complex workflows in n8n.
• Strong understanding of workflow logic, triggers, webhooks, APIs, and data transformation.
• Experience integrating AI or large language models into workflows for analysis, summarization, or content generation.
• Ability to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with marketing data, funnels, and reporting in a SaaS environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing, Growth, or Analytics teams.
• Experience with GA4, advertising platforms, CRMs, or data warehouses.
• Experience building internal tools or automation frameworks.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
