What you will do

• Lead multiple architecture projects independently across all project phases.
• Collaborate with studio principals and project teams on large-scale work.
• Develop design solutions for commercial, residential, institutional, and public-space projects.
• Prepare project documentation using BIM software and Vectorworks 2026.
• Apply knowledge of construction detailing, building materials, and building systems.
• Address sustainability, accessibility, and code-compliance requirements in design development.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional architecture experience.
• NAAB professional degree from an accredited architecture program.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design conceptualization, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of building construction, construction detailing, materials, and systems.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
