Architect, K-12 (Architecture)

Location: Phoenix or Tucson, Arizona, United States. Hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop creative, technically sound solutions for architectural design challenges.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project documentation with the design team, budget, and design intent.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and develop technical solutions for complex assignments.
• Apply QA/QC procedures, practice standards, and BIM standards to project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and collaborate with the Project Manager and BIM Manager.
• Support client presentations, project schedules, work plans, and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• At least six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software.
• Strong technical design, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and continuous-learning skills.
• Current portfolio or work samples must be submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
