BIM Coordinator (Construction)

Location: Flexible working hours and occasional remote work; regular project coordination is required.

What you will do

• Create BIM execution plans with project teams and update them according to project needs.
• Set up and manage central collaboration platforms for projects.
• Create coordination models and perform quality checks on BIM sub-models.
• Analyze sub-models and conduct clash detection across different models.
• Optimize BIM functionalities including 4D planning, GIS-BIM linking, 3D laser scanning, and cost calculation.
• Communicate with diverse project stakeholders and follow up on important issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, another civil engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in digitalization and BIM coordination.
• Experience with BIM modeling is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Dutch, English, and French are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Revit, Tekla, Solibri, Navisworks, Dynamo, or Grasshopper.
