BIM Engineer

Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In-person Day 1 onboarding at an hirify.global office is required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D Building Information Models using Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM software.
• Coordinate MEP systems, perform clash detection, and produce detailed coordination reports.
• Create technical documentation, drawing sets, construction specifications, and BIM deliverables.
• Manage BIM data, file structures, naming conventions, version control, and model quality assurance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders throughout design, construction administration, and handover.
• Provide technical guidance and training on BIM processes and software.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in BIM engineering, architectural technology, or a related construction field.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM platforms.
• Strong expertise in 3D modeling, visualization, technical drawing production, CAD, and digital documentation.
• Experience with MEP coordination, clash detection, BIM standards, protocols, and information exchange standards.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, design standards, and BIM execution plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction administration and project delivery phases.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications.
