Senior BIM Engineer (BIM)

What you will do

• Lead BIM production and coordination for engineering and construction projects.
• Develop and manage detailed 3D models, drawings, and project documentation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Maintain BIM standards, workflows, model accuracy, version control, and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and resolve design conflicts, support clash detection, and participate in coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, project management teams, and clients.
• Mentor junior BIM engineers and contribute to improving BIM processes and tools.

Requirements

• Strong experience in BIM modeling and coordination using Revit, Navisworks, or similar industry-standard tools.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and converting them into accurate BIM models.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for engineering and construction projects.
• Ability to lead BIM activities, manage model versions, and support clash detection and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers or BIM technicians.
• Relevant BIM certifications.
• Prior on-site project experience and familiarity with construction processes and timelines.
