Senior Finance Analyst

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States

Salary: $95,500–$152,500 per year, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and potentially an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support for the Marketing organization.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for marketing campaigns, department financials, and customer growth trends.
• Use Hyperion Financial Planning, SQL, Tableau, Oracle, and Excel to develop reports and perform analysis.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews, identify performance drivers, and provide commentary to senior leadership.
• Analyze business results, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Develop month-close processes and audit financial operations to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible finance experience, or a master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and using data to support business decisions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, and business skills, including work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting software knowledge.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced business degree.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and Hyperion.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, media channels, brand and creative operations, e-commerce, or retail business models.
