Sales Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the full sales order cycle, including quotes, orders, invoices, collections, shipping, and customer operational support.
• Establish and maintain license renewal, distributor agreement renewal, sales operations, and MIS processes.
• Maintain commercial guidelines under SOX requirements and act as the finance contact for SOX-related matters.
• Prepare sales forecasts for procurement, run weekly regional forecast calls, and measure Salesforce forecast accuracy.
• Generate sales reports, maintain customer price lists, resolve MIS user issues, and train new employees on Salesforce and sales processes.
• Drive AI adoption and implement AI-enabled solutions for quoting, order management, forecasting, and reporting with IT/MIS and Sales leadership.

Requirements

• At least two years of Sales Operations Management experience in a global high-tech company.
• Academic degree required.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication required.
• Knowledge of ERP, BI, and CRM systems required.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as a team player.
