Branch Manager (Home Improvement)

Location: On-site in Burlington, Washington, United States

Base salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and supervise branch employees and oversee daily branch operations.
• Ensure company procedures and processes are followed across branch activities.
• Communicate with employees, sales representatives, customers, and administrative personnel to maintain service quality.
• Address and resolve serious installation and service issues.
• Implement health and safety procedures and document jobsite accidents and incidents.
• Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, and achieve goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the home improvement industry.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and inspect the quality of employee and subcontractor installations and jobs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools, including i360 and Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license.
