Salary: $94,376.21–$145,200.00 per year

What you will do

  • Oversee nursing clinical operations and patient-care activities within budgetary and organizational requirements.
  • Maintain nursing personnel files and ensure licensing and certification requirements are met.
  • Coordinate staffing coverage, schedules, vacations, sick leave, overtime, and operating costs for assigned clinics.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction, quality assurance measures, charge-code use, and reimbursement procedures.
  • Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and provide day-to-day guidance to nursing staff.
  • Coordinate staff training, in-services, retention programs, and internal development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Active RN license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least five years of active registered nursing experience, including at least three years in oncology.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, nursing staffing, clinical policies, quality assurance, and patient-care standards.
  • Ability to work in an oncology clinic with exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and medical preparations.

Nice to have

  • BSN or MSN.
  • One year of leadership experience.
  • Oncology certification.
  • Chemotherapy immunotherapy provider card.
