Field Reimbursement Manager (Dermatology)

Location: Remote in the United States; field-based role associated with Roanoke, VA. Approximately 50% travel is required within the assigned geography, including HCP office visits, meetings, trainings, and programs.

What you will do

• Serve as the field subject matter expert for Dupixent patient support, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance.
• Act as a point of contact for Dupixent MyWay and collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
• Educate healthcare office personnel on payer requirements, authorization and appeals processes, free drug programs, and financial assistance options.
• Develop and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Build relationships with customers, state societies, associations, and advocacy groups while resolving escalated access issues compliantly.
• Support patient pull-through efforts, reduce cycle time, and improve conversion for patients prescribed Dupixent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life science or business; an MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in dermatology, respiratory care, or market access is preferred.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a matrix and co-promotion environment.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned geography.
