Senior Product Manager (Platform)

Location: In-person in the London or New York office

Salary: $170,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for Heron's platform.
• Own the direction of Flowmingo, the workflow automation engine supporting templated deployments and scalable customer onboarding.
• Provide product direction to the backend engineering team and collaborate closely with senior engineers.
• Build platform capabilities covering data modeling, infrastructure, billing, and developer experience.
• Ship quickly, measure impact, and make pragmatic product and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools product.
• Technical fluency in system architecture, data models, and API design.
• Experience shipping platform or infrastructure products with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to define a platform vision, create clear specifications, and work strategically and tactically.
• Ability to work in person from the London or New York office.

Hiring process
