Product Engineers (London) (AI)

Location: London, UK; full-time in London with in-person office attendance multiple days per week

Salary: £110K–£170K GBP, including equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Design and build new UI and web components.
• Develop integrations with third-party services and AI models.
• Triage bugs, investigate production incidents, and contribute to postmortems and root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production software with a focus on customer impact and iterative delivery.
• Ability to break down complex technical problems into simple, well-designed solutions.
• Understanding of scalable infrastructure and engineering processes.
• Ability to contribute to the current stack: Python, Flask, FastAPI, Terraform, GCP, AWS, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vercel.
• Must be based full-time in London and work in person at the office multiple days per week.
