Digital PR Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Activate and expand an existing network of business, AI, and marketing publications and journalists.
• Package founder and client stories into pitchable angles supported by evidence, quotes, and assets.
• Run personalized outreach at scale while tracking opens, replies, placement conversion, and publication tiers.
• Use AI for research, drafting, personalization, and follow-ups while maintaining human ownership of voice, facts, and relationships.
• Coordinate with SEO/AEO, content, and client teams so placements support organic and answer-engine goals.
• Report weekly on pitches, reply rates, placements, publication mix, and blockers, and document the operating system.

Requirements

• Existing working relationships with business, AI, and/or marketing publications.
• Evidence of two recent placements, including links and exact ownership.
• At least one quantified monthly or campaign placement result.
• A concrete AI-assisted pitching workflow with quality assurance and a clear division between AI-supported and human-owned work.
• Ability to judge publication tiers and avoid spam-oriented outreach.

• Experience coordinating PR activity with SEO, AEO, content, and client teams.
