Product Communications Lead (AI)

Location: United States or United Kingdom; UK employees may work from outside the UK for up to 6 months each year.

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 base salary per year, depending on level and experience, plus equity.

What you will do

• Define the product communications strategy, messaging architecture, proof points, and narrative for enterprise audiences.
• Lead product launches and feature announcements from positioning and press through launch assets, internal enablement, and follow-through.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate technical capabilities into precise, defensible claims.
• Own customer proof through case studies, deployment stories, and measurable production outcomes.
• Build analyst and media relationships, including briefings for enterprise technology and AI analysts.
• Create enterprise and developer-facing materials covering product capabilities, security, compliance, business value, and how the platform works.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product communications, product marketing, or communications at technology companies.
• Experience launching technical products sold to large enterprises, ideally in enterprise SaaS or AI/ML.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technical operators, enterprise buyers, and CFO-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing skills with a clear, specific, and concise style.
• Understanding of enterprise AI procurement, security reviews, vendor evaluations, and production pilots.
• Ability to work from the United States or United Kingdom.
