Communications Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid, with presence in the San Francisco or San Jose office 4 days per week; the designated work-from-home day is Tuesday.

Salary: $203,000–$270,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Set the external communications agenda for each member of the leadership team and run the program behind it.
• Write talking points, keynotes, long-form articles, social posts, and other executive communications.
• Pitch and place executive interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities.
• Build relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI infrastructure.
• Develop repeatable systems, including message frameworks and talk tracks.
• Manage communications agency relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of communications experience, including in-house experience at a hypergrowth startup.
• Experience building and managing executive communications playbooks for multiple organizational leaders.
• Strong media relationships and a demonstrable track record.
• Knowledge of AI, particularly AI infrastructure.
• Strong writing skills and experience ghostwriting for executives across multiple functions.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
