PR Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cyprus, Latvia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Pitch stories, expert commentary, op-eds, bylined articles, and contributed content to business, technology, and industry media.
• Manage inbound media requests and connect journalists with relevant executives and subject-matter experts.
• Research journalists, publications, podcasts, awards, speaking opportunities, editorial trends, and competitor coverage.
• Interview executives and practice heads to develop story angles, quotes, and thought-leadership content.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and internal stakeholders.
• Track PR results, including placements, reach, and share of voice, while managing tasks and deadlines in Jira or similar tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations.
• Near-native English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Experience in B2B communications, preferably in IT services or technology.
• Strong writing and editing skills across pitches, press releases, briefing documents, talking points, and long-form articles.
• Proven success securing media placements or contributed content and working directly with executives.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and experience with Jira or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with business or technology journalists.
• Experience with media monitoring tools such as Muck Rack or Cision.
• Experience with analyst relations, contributor programs, podcast booking, or executive LinkedIn support.
• Experience working in remote or international teams.
