What you will do

• Develop and execute buying strategies for trend-driven men's apparel assortments.
• Balance newness and replenishment inventory while optimizing SKU counts and minimizing markdowns.
• Forecast trends through market, runway, social media, and competitor research.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, quality, and delivery terms to protect profitability and maximize margins.
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, pricing, margin targets, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams on deliveries, launches, promotions, and high-demand style replenishment.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of buying experience in men's apparel, preferably with an e-commerce fashion brand.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends and passion for the fashion industry.
• Experience managing vendors and negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience; English required.
